A curious blend of a dark rum from Guyana's Diamond Distillery (wooden-pot and column pot), and a lighter rum from Trinidad Distillers Limited with a mysterious concoction of natural spices. Imported rum from Guyana & Trinidad, where they locally produce caramel to give this deep rum its distinctive flavour.
