Made from Nordic barley, fermented with glacial meltwater from the Lyngen Alps and distilled in their hi-tech still. This is a fusion of modern distilling technology and tradition. The sixth release whisky from Bivrost matured Crocodile charred, Ex Bourbon casks, both Quarter casks and barrels of 200L and Ex Islay casks. A clean nose with a strong oak presence, some biscuits and spices with a gentle vanilla.
