This Bivrost Single Malt Whisky is handcrafted under the glow of the Northern Lights, at the foot of the majestic Lyngen Alps, at 69 °N. Made from Nordic barley, fermented with glacial meltwater from the Lyngen Alps and distilled in their hi-tech still. This is a fusion of modern distilling technology and tradition.

The sixth release whisky from Bivrost matured Crocodile charred, Ex Bourbon casks, both Quarter casks and barrels of 200L and Ex Islay casks. A clean nose with a strong oak presence, some biscuits and spices with a gentle vanilla. On the palate, mouth-filling texture, with a clear barrel presence, and spices, rounded with caramel and a subtle, smoky aftertaste.
