Free From Pilsner Lager 12x330ml
BeerThis pale straw pilsner uses Lager and Caragold malts and Cascade, Saaz, Tettnang, Hersbrucker and Celeia hops. Earthy, light floral and delicate aromas - think Spring garden after rain - subtle pepperiness. Hint of parma violets after swirling. Clean and fresh tasting with light, mellow bitterness provided by the Cascade early hop charge which allows the subtle caramalt sweetness to gently shine through. There are three parts to the hop score. Earthy, light floral notes from the Saaz and Tettnang late hop traditionally bring Pilsner crispness, whilst a broader mid-palate comes from the mellow herby Hersbrucker hop. Finally Slovenian Celeia brings a refreshing lightness with its lemon/lime/floral character which in concert with the other players gives considerable complexity.
