Bulldog gin is distilled in England using a traditional pot still but unconventional botanicals such as dragon eye, poppy and lotus leaves. Other, more conventional botanicals include lemon peel, almond, cassia, lavender, orris, liquorice, angelica, coriander and, of course, juniper. It was launched in 2006 and has quickly gained popularity on account of its soft, piney taste and peppery finish.
